Payment Policy:
 Credit Cards & Regent University Bookstore Gift Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards (with Visa or MasterCard logo), and Regent University Bookstore Gift Cards as forms of payment. Students who receive notifications from the University's Central Financial Aid Office may utilize Financial Aid Bookstore Credit by following the instructions included in the notification. (Students should contact their Financial Aid Counselor if they anticipate a credit but do not receive notification of its availability.) The Bookstore reserves the right to provide refunds in the form of store credit when a returned purchase was originally paid by Financial Aid Bookstore Credit. Orders submitted without an established financial aid account or declined credit card may be cancelled.

Fulfillment Policy:
Orders are processed one or two business days after they are received by the Bookstore. Orders are processed in the order inw hich they are received. Orders placed at night, on a weekend, or on a holiday will be processed beginning the next business day. Processing may take longer during August and December due to peak order times. The customer must provide the Bookstore with written notification at bookstore@regent.edu on any items to be canceled from an existing order or backorder. All backordered items not cancelled will be filled and charged when available. For any orders shipped prior to cancellation, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the merchandise to the bookstore.

Backorders:

  • All backordered items are sent out as soon as they arrive. No charge will be made for backordered items until shipped. No extra shipping fee is charged for backordered items.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide email notification to the Bookstore at bookstore@regent.edu on any items to be canceled from an existing order. All items not cancelled will be filled and charged when available. For any orders shipped prior to cancellation it is the responsibility of the customer to return the merchandise to the bookstore.

Pricing Policy:
Pricing is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of used books. If the preference of a book is changed the actual retail cost will be changed.  By choosing the "Used Preferred," or "New Preferred" option, this change will be made automatically without notification.  We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing on this web site.

Special Order Policy:
We have many resources available to us to allow our stores to place special orders for our customers. This includes books, gift items and other items requested. A payment will be required at the time the order is placed.

Refund Policy:

  • Course Materials are returnable (in original condition) for a 100% refund if postmarked by the end of the first week of Classes, or 3 business days after receiving.
  • Financial Aid Bookstore Credit returns must be received by the end of the first week of classes or refund will be issued as Regent Bookstore Gift Card. Refunds follow above guidelines. or refund will be issued as Regent Bookstore Gift Card.
  • General Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in the same condition as purchased.
  • Shrink-wrapped books and textbooks containing software or on-line access codes are non-returnable if opened.
  • Software and Photocopied text are not returnable.

Return Requirements:

  • A valid sales receipt (or copy of your online order invoice) is required.
  • Books must be in original purchase condition for refund.

Rental Returns:

  • Rentals must be received by May 11, 2015 in acceptable condition as stated on rental agreement, or penalty fees will be charged to your securing credit card. Students are responsible for shipping cost to return rented textbooks.
