Shipping Policies

Mary Baldwin College Bookstore is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Return Policy

You may return textbooks within the first two weeks of class or two weeks from the purchase date, whichever comes first. Texts must be returned in original condition free of markings and unopened if in shrink wrap. Special order texts are non-returnable. Returns on general merchandise must be made within two weeks of purchase date. Exchanges for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. In all cases, a register receipt is required to return texts or merchandise.

Buyback Policy

*The Bookstore conducts buybacks during exam week, at the end of each Fall and Spring semester.

*Books must be in reusable condition.

*Management reserves the right and has the responsibility to refuse any buy back.

*50% of the purchase price will be given if the textbook has been readopted for the ensuing term.

*Wholesale service is available for textbooks no longer required. Wholesale price is determined by supply and demand of the wholesalers needs.

*Copyright materials (campus packets) cannot be brought back due to the copyright laws.
